Can I feel your bags/embroidery in person?

Stay tuned for our pop ups and live events.

Can I return / exchange?

For the embroidery: we do not accept returns. For the bags, we offer returns for store credit on all full priced items within 15 days of your package arrival!.

Where do you ship?

We ship domestically within the US for free via USPS Priority, and we ship internationally for $50 USD.
All domestic orders arrive within 1 week of order confirmation, and all international orders arrive within 3 weeks of order confirmation.

What if I need to change / cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at contact@janisstudios.com as soon as possible as we work to get your packages shipped out the next business day!

What is the policy on sales items?

All sale items are final sale.

What if a piece arrives damaged?

We make sure all Janis Studios pieces are sent in the best condition, but if you receive anything damaged, please email us right away!
